Subscription plans

• Subscription: choose quarterly, half-year, or yearly terms.
• Trial mode: time-limited, with in-app reminders (e.g., 30/14/7 days) and a clear upgrade path.
• License activation: import an encrypted license file under Settings → License import (offline activation supported).

Included in every plan

• Unlimited users (no user limits).
• EAM core: grids, relations, tags, CSV import/export.
• Roles & permissions: Admin, Read/Write, Read.
• Reports/Pivots & Dashboard — included, as soon as available.
• On-premise deployment supported by default.
• Instances by agreement (e.g., test/prod); details provided in the quote.
• Regular updates and fixes.
• Basic email support (response times per agreement).

Future option

Asset Management module — planned as a separate add-on (concept to follow later).

Contract & payment

• Term matches the selected interval; auto-renewal.
• Cancellation effective at the end of the term.
